Spotlit Projects

This Charlottesville pool house was added to an existing home, introducing a new garage, bathroom, shower, and outdoor kitchen. It features a striking wood trellis and an Ipe deck, blending craftsmanship and outdoor living for a seamless extension of the main residence.

A full renovation and addition transformed this Colonial Revival home, modernizing the classic coastal structure while preserving its character. Updated layouts, improved energy performance, and refined architectural details brought new life to the residence without losing the charm of its original style.

This project transformed a dilapidated old shed into a quaint guest house, complete with skylights that cascade into matching windows below. The result is a bright, welcoming space that blends charm, craftsmanship, and thoughtful natural light.

An indoor oasis built to withstand the Maine winter, this space combines heavy timber structure above with a serene pool below. The exposed framing creates warmth and character while the water element brings a sense of calm, resulting in a retreat that feels both rugged and refined.
